Why should you buy promotional items to brand yourself?
Promotional products are an effective way to increase awareness, generate goodwill and improve sales leads. It is also a way to keep your business name in front of people. They provide repeat exposure at no additional cost.

Why spend money on promotional products in a down economy?
Building your brand so that you can be the first to reap returns when the economy improves. Down time is always followed by a strong recovery. When customers are ready to spend again, you will be the first company they think of. There are many options for inexpensively promoting your business. The seeds planted in the hard times do pay off.

Why is there a different set up fee when I have a different logo or name on the same type of product?
Each time you order a personalized product, there is a set up fee. Within one order, you cannot have different personalizations since each personalization requires a new set up fee. The same minimum requirements apply. For example, if you would like to order 25 leather portfolios (which is the minimum), they would all need to have the same personalization such as company logo and you would not be able to get different names on each portfolio.

Why can’t I order the exact number of items I need?
Many products have an order minimum set by the manufacturer. Typically, the less expensive the item, the higher the minimum. For example, an inexpensive pen in the $0.25 range may have a minimum of 500-1000. Sometimes, manufacturers offer a less than minimum fee which allows you to order the amount you would like if you are willing to have a fee added to your invoice.
